A client of ours recommended us to a company that had suffered catastrophic hardware failure of their Exchange 2003 server.  The server’s hard disk RAID controller overheated and caught fire and took out the two hard disks that stored all their emails.  Good for them they had an overnight backup but had failed to restore the data. Protia successfully restored the data to new hardware (overnight) and now that company is a client of Protia too.
